I am not sure I agree 100% with the fadd9's, I would make them fmaj7 But close enough. He definitely plays C not Cadd5. I think in general, leaving the high E open sounds better for this whole song (except G chord). I would play as the chords in this song: Am7 = x02010 and C = x32010 and Em = 022000 then F7M and G Also, A reason this tab is more accurate: you can clearly see when they do it live that they are doing fmaj7, not F, so this tab is more accurate.
