There are only four chords throughout the song.  Cbm should theoretically be
Cb7, but Cbm sounds better to my ears.  Use barre chords instead of open position chords,
it will make it a lot easier.  Here are the chords...

Chords:
Em , Cbm, C, G 

That's it...just reapeat the chords...listen to the album
for the beat and the rhythm.
In case anyone is interested, the solo is in Em ...using the Aeolian mode or
the Spanish-Gypsy scale (5th mode of the harmonic minor scale) works great
with this song.
