I like to continuously strum, about twice as fast as the notes, with dead notes in between. This makes it
sound a bit more like the instrumental, but feel free to play it your way.
Also, in the La Musicale live, Jamie doesn't stay so high up on the frets and goes down to the 2nd fret.
This isn't how he plays it, but I found it more practical (plus he isn't tuned in E, so screw me I guess)
