The bass line really makes the song. The song has excellent texture and 
layering but the bass line just puts it over the edge. 

When I saw there was no tab for the song, or for any Kiev song, 
I figured I'd give it a whirl. 

It's far from perfect but it's foot in the door. (The solo and some of the fills especially need some work)
