Admittedly this is a best guess at tabbing out this song. I don't know of any
videos of Tweedy playing this song, nor have I ever seen him play it live so
most of this, including the open D tuning are what I can decipher from the
recording. I'm not even sure if there is more than one guitar playing.
There are really only 5 different parts to this song. I'll leave it to you to
listen to the song to figure out the order but I don't think it really matters
what the order is once you have them down; you can play them repeatedly ad
nauseam in whatever order you want. What I've laid out here is my basic
interpretation of what is being played but there seems to be a lot of slight
variations and hitting different strings. Much of the song sounds like it is
these notes that I've listed here but played alongside whatever open strings
are nearby to give it a fuller sound.
