Generally the thumb plays the bass note and the other fingers play the higher 3-4 strings. For Second Chorus, the right hand pattern is [thumb-index-middle-4th-middle-index-middle-4th], played on the chord. Except for the D* chord, the other chords are pretty much the regular shapes. D* is x54030 (which is the C shape moved up 2 frets)
