These are just supplemental to the chords provided, if you want to get 'fancy'. nothing is that hard... (played at the beginning of the song and at the end of each chorus after 'you may be right') E------3-2----0-| B----------3----| G---------------| D---------------| A---------------| E---------------| play 6 times for the opening riff, then go into the A chord. (...'weekend for a change' and 'madness for a while'..they're in the middle of the verses) ~play twice (you can hear it in the background) (end of first chorus...'you may be right') ~play 4 times (end of second chorus) ~play twice, then it goes into the solo (end of the song, when he sings 'you may be wrong, but you may be right' over and over) ~play (at least) fourteen times, into the fadeout Ok...now for something I'm sure would probably sound better on bass..but is doable on guitar...the little bass runs in the middle of the chorus..after 'you may be right' 'i might be crazy' 'turn off the light' and 'don't try to save me Here's the first one: E-0-0-4-5-8-8-5-4-0 (play it all on the low E string) And the second..you could do on either the E or the A string... E-5-5-9-10-12-12-10-9-5 or the A (easier) A-0-0-4-5-7-7-9-7-0 They do little variations and excess guitar/bass licks here and there, so jazz it up if you feel so inclined... I'll attempt the solo...but I'm not sure if this is right... E------------------------------------------------ B---10---10---10---10---10--10---10---10---10--10 G--9----9---9----9----9----9----9----9----9---9-- D------------------------------------------------ A------------------------------------------------ E------------------------------------------------ E------------9-12-12-12-12-12-9-12-12-12-12-12-12 B--------10-------------------------------------- G------------------------------------------------ D--2--4------------------------------------------ A------------------------------------------------ E------------------------------------------------ E-----9-7--4(slide to open)| B--9-----------------------| G--------------------------| D--------------------------| A--------------------------| E--------------------------| ...then it does into the sax solo so if you want to play it, i did it just for fun... (high E string) 5-7-10-10-10-10-10-10-12-10-10-7-10-10-10-10-10-10-12-10 (break) 7-10-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-14-17-14-12-9-7-5-2-5 so that's fun.
